TICKET TYPES AND PASSES

COURSES | PASSES | SINGLE CLASSES | STANDBYS | AUDIENCE | PLAYERS

Our terms last 6 weeks. We run 6 full terms per year plus a 7th short term in August. We break for 1 or 2 weeks between terms and a month's break over the Christmas period.

BEST VALUE

COURSES

If you can attend regularly and want to stick to the same class every week, then this is the best deal for you. Course tickets always cost you the least per class. (Note, Beginners only runs as a course)

If you cancel your course at least 7-days in advance, we will give you a full credit to use on a future course. With shorter notice (I.E. No less than 24-hours in advance), you will get a 50% credit. We do not offer refunds if you cancel.

To continue to benefit from course reductions, you agree to always notify us if you cannot attend a class within the course. We do not provide credits for classes you miss within your course.

Beginners Course Guarantee: If you find the first class of the course is not for you, notify us within 2 days after the first class, and we will cancel and refund your course.

PAY AS YOU GO

SINGLE CLASSES

These indvidual class tickets are charged at full price, but you retain some flexibility.

Transfer once to another available ticket of the same price or less with 7+ hours notice to another event happening within 60 days.

No Refunds.

FLEXIBLE SAVINGS

PASSES

If you want to attend frequently, but need flexibility, then a pass will save you money and give you choice.

With a pass, you can select classes on different nights that suit your experience level. You don't have to pick consecutive classes with the same group.

We offer great value Passes with durations of between 30 and 60 days.

With as little as 7-hours-notice, you can automatically:

  • Cancel a class and retain your pass use.

  • Instantly book another available class.

  • Easily transfer to another available class.

    • Note, you can only ‘transfer’ a class once. Cancelling, then rebooking is the best option if you’re unsure when you can make it.

No Refunds.

LATE DEALS

STANDBYS

If spare single-class places are available, then dropped-price drop-in tickets will go on sale with just 3-hours to go (that’s 4pm for our regular evening classes).

If the event is currently full, join the waiting list in case of last-minute cancellations.

No Refunds.

AUDIENCE TICKETS

We aim to maintain low ticket prices for our shows. For tickets booked through our system:

  • Cancel with 7+ days notice and notify us for a credit.

  • Transfer with 7+ hours notice to another show if available within 60 days.

  • No Refunds.

If you choose not to redeem a credit or transfer, the value of your ticket will be put towards our charitable activities.

Your ticket may be given up as a standby on the door if you have not arrived within 20 mins of the show's start time.

If you book your ticket through the venue rather than our system, their T&Cs apply.

PLAYER TICKETS

Player Tickets are always booked through our system and not the venue.

As we play small-capacity venues, player tickets are usually charged at the same as audience tickets as players take up audience seats, and shows generally run at a loss. We keep show ticket prices low to help drive a good show for you whilst covering some of the substantial costs. Players are expected to help promote the shows to friends and family.

Always read the player description prior to booking as eligibility varies depending on the type of show and venue. Do not transfer Player tickets due to another show. Cancel ASAP if unable to attend. Cancellation fees go to show costs, possibly gifted to another player. Notify us for potential credit at our discretion. No Refunds.
