Terms and Conditions

By placing your booking, you agree to the following:

No Refunds. We do not offer refunds if you cancel. This applies to all ticket types and passes.​ Instead, we provide a ticket transfer facility and conditional course credits.


Automated Changes: All bookings, cancellations and ticket transfers are automated. You make changes yourself by logging into your account. We do not handle these manually for you unless there is a fault.


Confirmation and Reminders: You will receive a booking confirmation email immediately and a reminder the day before your event. They include:

  • Our email and phone number should you need assistance.

  • Green Button – a direct link to your account to view or make changes to your booking. ​​


Personal Use: Tickets and passes are for personal use (or the named attendee where appropriate) and not to be exchanged or given to others.

  • If you cannot attend, cancel your ticket so our waiting list can be notified.


Price Guidance: You have read and selected your class tickets based on our standard and supported price guidelines.

  • Cancel 7+ days in advance for full credit.

  • Cancel 24 hours to 6 days in advance for 50% credit.

  • Credits to be used within 3 months.

  • No credits for missed classes.

  • To continue to benefit from course reductions, you will always notify us if you cannot attend a class within the course. 

  • Beginners Course Guarantee: If you find the first class of the course is not for you, notify us within 2 days after the first class, and we will refund you.

  • Credits and eligible refunds take up to 10 days to process.​


  • Passes have specific use limits and timeframes. No rollovers.

  • With 7-hours-notice:

  • Cancel a ticket and retain its use or rebook.

  • Transfer to another available class.

    • Note: you can only transfer a class once. The best option is to cancel and rebook if you’re unsure when you can make it.

Single Classes:
  • ​Transfer once to another available ticket of the same price or less with 7+ hours notice (to events happening within 60 days).


Audience Tickets:
  • Cancel with 7+ days notice and notify us for a credit.

  • Transfer with 7+ hours notice to another show if available within 60 days.

  • If you book your ticket through the venue rather than our system, their T&Cs apply.


Player Tickets:
  • Do not transfer Player tickets due to another show as formats, venues and eligibility vary.

  • Cancel ASAP if unable to attend. Cancellation fees go to charitable activities, possibly gifted to another player.

  • Notify us for potential credit at our discretion.​


Our Right to Cancel/Change:
  • We will notify you of event cancellations or changes and offer a refund, credit, or transfer.

  • We may combine groups or move you to another class happening at the same time due to teacher sickness or small class sizes.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission.
