Expression of Interest: Main Contractor
Boho Arts' Inclusive Creative Arts Hub – Phase 1

Boho Arts is inviting Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced contractors for the refurbishment of its future Inclusive Creative Arts Hub at 66–76 Scotswood Road, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7JE, located within the Creative Central NCL zone.

The project involves the transformation of a long-vacant property into a high-quality, performing arts-led community venue, delivering flexible performance and workshop spaces alongside a café-bar and supporting facilities. Phase 1 works are intended to proceed following completion of the EOI and tender process.

This Expression of Interest is being issued to identify contractors with relevant refurbishment experience and to inform the development of a shortlist of contractors to be invited to a competitive tender process.
The EOI stage is for information and selection purposes only. No pricing or design input is required at this stage.​
