School of Improv was established in Newcastle in 2003 and is the longest learning and participation programme of its kind in the UK. Our adult programme runs all year typically in terms lasting 6 weeks. Click the buttons to be taken to our booking site where can view our full schedule, details on each event and place bookings.
Taster Classes are Free. Beginners are Booked as Course. From Level 2 onwards, classes are booked individually or with a Pass which is the most flexible and cost-effective way to book. Last-minute discounted Standby Tickets also go on sale on the day when space is available.
Regular classes are held at Leonardo Hotel near Newcastle Central Station and Metro. Our frequent showcase performances are at Newcastle venues such as Alphabetti, Live Theatre and The Cumberland Arms.
