Classes & Passes Cancellation Policy

We do not normally offer refunds when you cancel. Instead, we offer credits or transfers. Different rules apply depending on whether you book individual classes, or book multiple class when you buy a pass..

Classes Bought Without a Pass

Single classes are aimed at students who want to drop in from time to time.

You can transfer your booking to another available class taking place within 60 days provided you do this at least 4 hours before your original class starts. This includes rolling over your transfer to the next term, only when the replacement class falls within the current 60-day limit.

  • A class can only be transferred once.

  • Cancelling a single class will not give you a credit to use later.

  • Please never shout-out your place generally in our WhatsApp groups. You may not offer your place to another student.

Classes Booked with a Fixed-Term Pass

Fixed-term passes are aimed at committed students who can attend regularly or frequently. They offer significant savings on single-class prices. We strongly recommend booking all the classes you plan to attend when you buy your pass. Passes are not intended for occasional drop-in use.

  • You can cancel a class and keep the credit, provided you cancel at least 24 hours before it starts; or

  • transfer directly to another available class, provided you do this at least 4 hours before the original class starts.

  • Each class can only be transferred once.

  • All credits must be used before the end of the term.

  • Unused credits and missed classes do not roll over into the next term.

  • If find you can’t use up all your pass credits towards the end of the term, you may use your pass to book a class for a named guest attendee who is a current student. E.G. Cancel the class you can't attend and rebook for another named attendee. The booking can be made through our booking system by inputting their name instead of yours in the attendee field. As a current student, the system will automatically recognise them.

  • Please never shout-out your place generally in our WhatsApp groups. All bookings must be attached to a named attendee.

Taster Classes

Taster classes are aimed at newcomers. They are charged at half the usual price of a single class, and similarly can be transferred to another published taster class taking place within 60 days provided you do this at least 4 hours before your original class starts. A taster class can only be transferred once. Cancelling a taster class will not give you a credit to use later.

Standby Tickets

Standby tickets are L2-4 classes sold at half-price. They may be manually released up to 4 hours before a L2-4 class starts, usually following a short-notice transfer. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Standby tickets cannot be booked with a pass, but you may buy one separately if you want an additional bargain.

If We Cancel or Change a Class

If we need to cancel or postpone a class, we will offer a transfer, credit or refund.

If a class has fewer than six advance bookings, we may merge it with another suitable class taking place at the same time.
