Self Service
Our booking system is self service. Meaning, you book online, and can log in at any time to review your course booking.
If you have technical problems, questions about a booking or need support, please contact bookings@bohoarts.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

When a course is full or not taking bookings yet, you'll see this sign 🚫
Click on the event's green ✅ Join Waiting List button to be automatically notified as soon as there’s space.
Course Cancellation Policy
We do not normally offer refunds when you cancel. Instead, we offer credits or transfers.
You are able to log on to automatically cancel your course yourself, as long as you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Note that all eligible course refunds, credits, and transfers must be requested by email at bookings@bohoarts.co.uk as they are processed manually.

If you cancel 7 days or more before the course starts you are eligible for a refund (less a 5% admin fee) or you may prefer a full credit, or transfer to another course.

If you cancel 24 hours or more before the course starts, we may offer up to a 50% credit or a transfer to another course should your place be filled by someone on our waiting list at short notice.

After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, bookings are considered committed and are not eligible for refund or credit. Should you have to cancel at such short notice, you should email us so we can try to fill your place from the waiting list, in which case we may be able to offer you a transfer to a future course if we manage to in time.

There are no refunds, credits, or transfers for missed classes within a course. If missing a session is unavoidable, we’ll help you catch up so you can continue with the group.
We want everyone to feel comfortable that the course is right for them. If, after attending the first class, you feel the course is not a good fit, please email us within 48 hours and we will refund the remaining sessions. This notice helps us offer the place to someone on the waiting list in time to join the course from week two.
If we need to cancel or change a class due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. teacher illness), we will offer an appropriate transfer, credit, or refund.
